the retainer fee and balance are non-refundable and due at booking. The remaining portion of the session fee is due January 4th, 2023. If the session fee is not submitted at the time of the session, a 24 hour window will be granted for Client to submit the balance. If the client reschedules the session, please note that the balance is due the originally scheduled date via invoice. No images will be edited prior to balance being submitted. After such time, the images from the session are subject to being permenantly deleted if balance is not paid.

Images proofs will be delivered 1 week after session. after proofs are selected by client there will be a 2-3 week turn around.

The content of the gallery is in descretion of Samantha Nickole. Samantha will select the best images and edit them to her descretion. Any further editing or culling will be subjected to fee.

Please be aware of your artist's style and aesthetic before booking. A complete portfolio demonstrating this stlye and aesthetic can be viewed on instagram at SNPBOUDIE , if you have not reviewd them already.

Samantha Nickole Photography will retain the full copyright on all images (including digital files) and reserves the right to display, publish/etc. for any reason Unless marked above that client does not wish me to share. Client is prohibited from further editing of images. Client is also prohibited from using photos in contests without written consent from Samantha Nickole. Client may not, for any reason sell their images to any third party. Client will be granted printing rights in writing for the images and is allowed to download and use digital files for printing purposes and their chosen vendor.
